Counselor role & philosophy
My role as the school counselor is to guide students with the same patience and advocacy used in agriculture and horsemanship — helping them build strength, confidence, and readiness for future paths in college, career, or the military. I believe students grow best in environments where they feel valued and supported, much like crops flourish in healthy soil or horses thrive with proper care. Every student has unique potential, and my goal is to nurture that potential with compassion, guidance, and consistency.
